While looking for my dream house, there were quite a few runner-ups... Although I won't show all of them, here is the 2nd place winner - located in Australia / Designed by Andrew Maynard Architects.

Architect Arturo Montanelli designs an Italian stone house with rustic appeal on Lake Como which can only be described in one word - Perfection.

If I could live anywhere right now, this would be it! My dream house.

Street Fashion

This past year I have become quite obsessed with blogs such as The Sartorialist, Jak & Jil, and Altamira, to name a few. I am amazed at how many fashion forward people there are in this world. People who can get up from bed and be inspired to dress their best for no specific reason.

The blogs I have mentioned focus on capturing photos of these brilliant individuals living their day to day life without even realizing their amazing eye for fashion.

These fashionistas are the one's designers design for. They are the one's who wear the art on their bodies all year round and help motivate all of the fashion industry to keep working on innovative profound clothing no matter how bad sales are.

It is easy to find something beautiful on a fashion runway, but seeing it on the streets is what it's really all about.
